Exhibit Hall Rules
1. Read and follow the General Fair Rules.
2. All exhibits must have been completed or harvested in the last year and not previously entered in the Baker County Fair- Halfway.
3. An age group must be indicated on both the entry form and exhibit tag by the following Capital letters;
EXHIBIT HALL AGE GROUPS
S: Seniors, 70 or over
A: Adults, 20-69
T: Teens, 13-19
J: Juniors, 0-12 (6-12 in Arts & Crafts,only)
SF: Small Fry ( 0-5 Arts & Crafts,only)
P: Professionals: Baker County Fair considers the term professional to denote persons who sell or exhibit commercially and/or accept payment for instruction. Items may not be marked "For Sale."
4. Exhibitors must enter items in correct classes according to the premium list. Items in incorrect classes may not a be judged. Entries are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
5. Exhibitors of items that are not perishable are requested to deliver their exhibits on Friday. All exhibits must be brought in and registered no later than 10:00 pm on Saturday. Positively NO exhibits will be received after that as judging will begin.
6. All exhibits must be neat and clean.
7. Read and follow the rules for the individual Divisions.
Awards
Exhibit Hall: The entrant who earns the most premium points across all divisions will win the Overall Sweepstakes ribbon and $50. The Exhibit Hall People's Choice prize will be awarded on Sunday at 4:00 pm and is based on the vote of attendees. Vote once for your favorite of all the entries in the Hall.
Division Level: In each division, a sweepstake award (for the most premium points) and a Judge's Choice award will be given. Both awards will include a $25 check.
Age Groups: The entrant who earns the most premium points in each age group will be awarded a sweepstake ribbon.
